Fame is an independent state of Maine agency that develops and administers programs related to the financing of both higher education and business in Maine. This web site offers important financial aid tools for families and students. Highlights include a college cost estimator, scholarship search, and more.

The Maine Community Foundations role is to link those with resources and those who need help. Scholarships administered through this foundation are arranged according to the geographic areas from which applicants may apply, as well as by program.
