Wellness Room

This week :
Kim Sterrs offers guidance in stress-relieving techniques this
Tuesday, January 23rd from 10:00—1:30

Visit Kim's sessions to learn meditation and/or "tapping" (or EFT), a  short exercise that releases the brain from the unnecessary grip of a
flight/fight or freeze reaction.

Parental/Guardianship permission slips are required for students to participate. These forms are available at the Nurses Office, The Wellness Room, or inquire with Guidance for further help.

We're looking forward to seeing you and working with you this week!.

Remember if you're a student we need your permission slip on file in order to work with you. You can get a permission slip from the Guidance Office, or the Wellness Room. You need to have a parent or guardian sign it, then return it to either Guidance or the Wellness Room.

Come check us out during study hall or lunch (free time). FMI: https://www.facebook.com/BelfastAreaHighSchoolWellnessRoom/
